It is that time of the year again when lawns need trimming. We encourage people to look after their lawns and one option is the Free Lawn Mower Bank. We want to remind you of the Free Lawn Mower Bank for Latrobe Valley Residents.
The Free Lawn Mower Bank is a service operating out of Morwell Neighbourhood House, but was an idea and made possible by the efforts of St. Vincent De Paul.
The Lawn Mower is loaned to you at no charge. We supply the Lawn Mower, the fuel and Safety equipment. In return for this service, the Lawn Mower Bank has a few simple rules that need to be strictly followed.
Rules for Borrowing:
- The Lawn Mower Service is available from Monday to Friday.
- You are responsible for picking up and returning the Lawn Mower.
- The Lawn Mower MUST be picked up by 10am.
- The Lawn Mower MUST be returned on the same day by 3pm.
- Bookings can be made over the phone by calling 5134-5488 or visit us in person to book.
- BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.
It’s important that the rules are strictly followed, otherwise it effects other people waiting to borrow the lawn mower.
